Last year I started a 'Throwback Thursday' series. Every week I would write about some of my favourite songs from the past, and I thought it was about time to bring it back! Pixie Lott's second single Boys And Girls, released back in 2009, was undeniably great. I remember being 11 years old and listening to this song practically every day. You only have to listen to it once and it ends up stuck in your head for the rest of the day! Listening to this song 10 years on, it still makes me feel as happy as it did back then. The beat in combination with Lott's beautifully unique voice, Boys And Girls is a song that just oozes fun!

Leadership is a strong burden to have. If you are a leader, then it is your responsibility to take care of the people under you. While it is a lot to digest, it is one that can really pay off. The leader is responsible for the important stuff, which makes the success of a project even more promising for the leader. It can be hard at times, but when you succeed, you will feel a jolt in your heart like never before.
