'The  Ultimate Vlog Star Starter Kit - Volume 1' Review

I have previously posted about 'Vlog Star Live (my experience before the actual concert...)' and discussed the respect I have for Vlog Star, as they are an amazing company.
I recently received The Ultimate Vlog Star Starter Kit - Volume 1, and  like many people, I've always been interested in vlogging, but I've never had the confidence to actually start a vlog (as I'm sure a lot of people reading this might be). However, I found this kit incredibly useful and it gave me a bit more confidence to possibly start a vlog in the future.
In this kit you get a mini tripod to hold your phone when you film, and a booklet full of helpful tips and advice. What I really liked about this book was the fact that it acknowledged that vlogging can be very hard and scary, but they managed to make it seem less intimidating. The few first pages are an introduction to vlogging and a tick list that you need to complete to successfully get started. Although this seems like such a simple aspect to the book, having a breakdown of how to get started with a vlog it makes the whole process seem much more simple and fun, rather than having the fear competing with other vloggers.
Another section  of the book that I thought was really useful was the 'Pro Tips'. This part includes many tips that a lot of people may assume that you already know, for example setting the lighting. If I were to start a vlog right now I would put my phone in my tripod and then start talking, with very little consideration going into the lighting, But what this book says is "Getting the lighting right can make the difference between you looking great and seeming like you've accidentally filmed a scary ghost or vampire". With this helpful advice, it gives aspiring vloggers the chance to make a really successful debut video.

I would highly recommend buying this product if you are considering making your own YouTube channel and becoming a vlogger.
