Justin Bieber - Purpose album review

22/11/2015

I have always prided myself of being one of the only people who doesn't like Justin Bieber...until Purpose came out.
All over Twitter I saw the hype building up for the album, but I still wasn't phased with it all. When 'What Do You Mean' came out I didn't really see what all the fuss was about, but then it started to grow on me.
I then heard 'Sorry' and realised that I was actually starting to enjoy Bieber's music. This new sound was much more grown up to the Justin Bieber I was used to, and it seemed as though he was making music that was appealing to more people.
The night before Purpose was due to come out, I listened to all of the little snippets on iTunes, and actually felt excited to hear the album in full! In my head I was trying desperately hard to fault the album, but I couldn't.
The following day I purchased the album and sat down properly to listen to it. The songs that really stood out to me were 'No Pressure' (ft. Big Sean), and 'The Feeling' (ft. Halsey). These songs sounded completely different to Justin's usual sound, and are really catchy!
I've had the album on non-stop for a week now, and all I can say is; well done Justin...you've officially made me like both you and your music!
