Exams are now over, which means I can get back to posting again! Apologies for how long this has taken, but posts will be uploaded a lot more regularly now.

SONG: Lush Life - Zara Larsson
All through my exams I couldn't get enough of this song. It has such a big summer vibe and something about it just makes me feel happy. It's nice to find a song that can make you feel relaxed and put a smile on your face when you're facing stress in your life, and I definitely found it with this song. What makes it even better is that Zara released a remix of the song on iTunes featuring Tinie Tempah! Usually when an artist re-releases a song with a new feature it takes me a while to adapt to it, but Zara and Tinie work so well together (as shown through their other collab on Tinie's song, Girls Like), so both the original and the remix were amazing! I would definitely recommend putting this song on your holiday playlist!

ALBUM: Dangerous Woman - Ariana Grande
As you may be able to tell from my previous posts, I was counting down the days until this album came out! With the release of the songs Dangerous Woman, Be Alright, Let Me Love You and Into You prior to the album's release date, I was buzzing to hear the whole album! A week before the album was released, Ariana was releasing a song a day on Apple Music, however I decided not to listen, and wait until the 20th when I could listen to the album all at once - and I certainly wasn't disappointed. This album is quite different to Ariana's usual sound, as both her voice and lyrics have really matured. The album isn't just full of songs from one genre though, with more RnB songs, such as Let Me Love You, to pop songs, like Bad Decisions. The album also has a number of different features, all bringing their own talents to the album. I really love the soulful Leave Me Lonely featuring Macy Gray (a childhood hero of mine), because Ariana and Macy's voices complement each other so well with such powerful lyrics. This slower song is contrasted with Side to Side featuring Nicki Minaj and Everyday featuring Future. Both of these songs are so full of energy and are bound to get people singing along loudly! Overall I would highly advise people to listen to this album. Whether you're a fan or not, you're bound to be impressed by Ariana's vocal abilities on this album.
